This may involve identifying target talent pools, developing sourcing strategies, and setting recruitment metrics.Team Leadership and Coaching: Leading, motivating, and coaching a team of recruiters to achieve recruitment targets. This involves providing guidance, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.Sourcing and Candidate Attraction: Developing and implementing strategies to attract qualified candidates for open positions. This may involve utilizing online job boards, attending career fairs, building relationships with universities and recruitment agencies, and leveraging employer branding initiatives.Selection Process Management: Overseeing the entire candidate selection process, including resume screening, interview scheduling, conducting interviews (potentially), and skills assessments. You'll ensure the process is efficient, fair, and compliant with employment regulations.Offer Negotiation and Onboarding: Leading the offer negotiation process with top candidates and overseeing the onboarding of new hires to ensure a smooth transition into their roles and the company culture.Recruitment Metrics and Reporting: Tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire), identifying areas for improvement, and reporting on recruitment performance to stakeholders.Staying Current on Industry Trends: Staying abreast of the latest trends and best practices in recruitment, including new technologies, sourcing strategies, and talent acquisition methodologies. SkillsAt least 5-7 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success in leading recruitment teams and achieving hiring goalsStrong leadership and coaching skills to motivate and develop your recruitment teamIn-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, interviewing techniques, and legal considerationsProficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)Experience recruiting for a variety of roles (executive, technical, etc.)Experience developing and implementing diversity and inclusion (D&I) initiatives in recruitment
