Job Description
This job position involves managing our coupon system within our application. The Coupon Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and speed of discount code entry, as well as guaranteeing the validity of the applied discounts. They work closely with our promotions and marketing teams to maintain integrity and a diverse range of promotional initiatives. Attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to maintaining ethical practices are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Coupon Application
- Accurately input discount codes in the appropriate fields within the application.
- Work to validate and ensure the correct functioning of discount codes.
Quality Assurance
- Perform periodic inspections and tests to verify the accuracy and validity of applied discount coupons.
- Collaborate with the team to address any discrepancies and ensure quality standards are met.
Communication
- Collaborate with the marketing team to stay informed about ongoing promotional campaigns, offers, and marketing information.
- Effectively communicate with customers to address any inquiries or issues related to discount coupons.
Reporting
- Generate regular reports on coupon usage, success rates, and metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving coupon usage and effectiveness.
Troubleshooting
- Investigate and resolve issues or errors related to discount coupons.
- Collaborate with the technology department to implement solutions and improvements.
Documentation
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of coupon applications, processes, and updates.
- Ensure proper documentation for any changes or updates related to discount coupons.

Work Conditions:
- Around 3 - 4 hours daily/ 7 days a week
- The job may require flexibility in working hours during peak promotional periods.
- Occasionally, there might be a need to work within tight timelines.
