RESPONSIBILTIES:
• Responsible for screening, filtering CVs and keep the database updated.
• Contact potential candidates via telephone and email to determine skills and interest level.
• Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques.
• Schedule candidates for interviews with hiring Managers, presenting job offers and
coordinate start dates for new hires.
Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills are required
• 1 - 3 years’ experience full cycle recruiting.
• Proficient in electronic and traditional prospecting and networking skills; ability to proactively and continually seek new sourcing options and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer.
• Proven project management (managing and prioritizing multiple searches and projects)
• A proven track record of delivering results and following through on objectives
• MS Office - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook •
