Job Description
- Create the company’s supply chain strategy.
- Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues.
- Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly and flexible.
- Maintain supply chain inventory and keeping detailed records, generating reports, and developing presentations to help management understand the logistics perspective.
- Train and guide employees.
- Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes.
- Resolve issues that come up (e.g. delays in delivery, accidents)
- Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth.
- Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the supply chain.
- Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards.
- Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals strategy to maximize customer satisfaction at the lowest possible cost.
- Assisting logistics process for the development of new products, inventory maintenance, shipment and delivery, and returns on products.
- Building relationships within the company and with external parties, such as suppliers or distributors.
- Leading the supply chain team in executing best practices and measuring performance through agreed upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Job Requirements

- 8+ years' of supply chain experience
