Job Description
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies to guarantee ongoing cost reduction and process simplification.
- Set procurement plans to ensure adequate resources for all projects and improve pricing and quality of supply and delivery terms.
- Liaise with vendors and subcontractors to ensure company’s best interest in all procurement activities.
- Issuing of purchase orders and contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Ensure that all materials are in compliance with specifications, health and safety legislation, building regulations, and environmental standards.
- Work closely with the projects team to understand details of procurement requirements, and service different sites and work requirements and needs.
- Maintain procurement files and purchase agreements to an auditable standard.
- Issuing of Purchasing reports to directors and board members.
- Forecast upcoming demand, monitor pricing trends, and report to the management team as appropriate.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree Enineering (Civil or Architect).
- 8-10 years in this position.
- Proven experience in the Construction sector, Fit Out finishing projects.
- Proven Experience in Civil & Architecture, MEP Items.
- Strong Personlity, Leadership.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Office and ability to work using ERP system.
- Resident near by Nasr City.
- Able to work from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
- Able to start immediately.
