Job Description
- Devising and executing HR strategies and initiatives in line with the overall business direction.
- Office Manager, responsible for the supervision of daily administrative operations, personnel management, coordination among different departments, and guaranteeing the office's effective functionality.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees to address needs, grievances, and other issues while overseeing the recruitment and selection process.
- Contribute significantly to shaping a robust employer brand that attracts, recruits, and retains highly qualified employees.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the overarching business strategy.
- Foster positive management-employee relations by addressing demands and grievances.
- Lead the recruitment and selection process.
- Support present and future business requirements by cultivating, engaging, motivating, and retaining talent.
- Develop and oversee HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Cultivate a conducive and positive work environment.
- Manage a performance appraisal system driving high performance.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs.
- Identify training needs and oversee training programs.
- Provide decision support to management using HR metrics.
- Ensure legal compliance in all HR functions.
- Communicate employer information and benefits during the screening process.
- Generate timely reports on employment activities.
- Conduct exit interviews for departing employees.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of proven HR Managerial experience.
- Proficient in various interview types (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with diverse selection processes and HR databases.
- Familiarity with recruiting software, HRIS, or HRMS.
- Ability to strategize and exhibit leadership skills.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Capable of building and managing relationships at all organizational levels.
- Deep understanding of labor law and HR best practices.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- BS/MS in Human Resources Management.
- HR Certification.
- Fluent in English.
