Job Description
- Monitor and maintain current inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Receive and track orders, checking against inventory records to ensure proper stock levels.
- Conduct daily monitoring of stock movement and generate reports of daily inventory adjustments.
- Preparing the necessary database for the items and linking them to the accounting program.
- Verify the correctness of the recorded inventory balances, as well as the stages of recorded on the program.
- Evaluating and matching the actual inventory with the book balances and issuing inventory reports, whether it was a deficit or an increase.
- Preparing the necessary reports for the internal manager on the movement of inventory items, slow moving items, and the results related to the periodic and non-periodic inventory.
- Enter purchase details (vendors information, invoices and pricing) into internal databases.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- Proficient in MS Excel.
- Experience in using ERP System
