Job Description
The Finance manager will report to The Global Manufacturing Manager.
The duties will include:
- Provide leadership within the fiscal business operations.
- Achieve agreed KPI’s within the business
- Manage costs through payroll labour, capital and revenue budgets.
- Review manufacturing processes costs and implement standard costing procedures.
- Develop, support and contribute to the “continuous improvement” programs.
- Recruit and develop through HR all employees within the organization.

- The position will be based in Alexandria (Egypt).
Job Requirements
- An experienced Management Accountant with 7 years experience in Management position.
- Currently employed within a senior financial Management function. (Ideally manufacturing.)
- A business graduate and qualified accountant with specific knowledge of ERP costing and analysis.
- Additionally knowledge of Egyptian labor laws related to employment.(Persons under the age of 30 years are unlikely to have the relevant experience.)
- Computer literacy is essential.
- Communication skills (Written and verbal) are essential.(English and Arabic.)
- The ability to work and contribute in a small highly skilled environment is essential.
- Candidates with English as a second language would be preferred.
