Job Description

Job Purpose:

The purpose of the job is to provide support to employees in office and service our existing and potential customers with particular emphasis on customers “internal and eternal” satisfaction within a proper communication framework and according to the company polices and procedures. To achieve the assigned daily tasks within the agreed time frame. To maintain a log for all the internal related tasks of the company “HR&Admin”, and also maintain the office related budget. To establish Sand as a leading provider of Product Design Services in the local business community through effective business development activity. The Administration Officer will be evaluated based on the effective completion of the assigned daily tasks and the ability to support the company employees and provide high quality service to the customers. The job holder will be responsible for administrative support to HR function in relations to HR Operations, and Organizational Development and ad-hoc administrative duties, also simple bookkeeping and administration issues, ensuring that the back office is running smoothly across several segments.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for compliant accounting function/transactions within the company.
  • Support the business with all accounting and administration duties.
  • Bank accounts management.
  • Responsibility for are external communication with clients outgoing/incoming
  • Ensure transactions are recorded and adequate internal controls are in place
  • Support quarterly and yearly external audit process.
  • Make sure month end closing process is executed timely.
  • Maintain the archiving system for all financial and process related documentation
  • Ensuring high standard of financial and legal documentation
  • Administrate payroll, labor office related documents.
  • Administration of petty cash, expense reports and supplier relationships.
  • Coordination for medical and travel insurance for staff.
  • Office expenses management including preparation of cash flow sheets vs approved budget, office monthly expense report, payments to maintenance/rent companies,  and other suppliers, etc
  • Coordination of office administration including buffet, office cleaning, driver, PRO, inventory of office equipment, stationary, etc

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Management Sciences
  • Excellent Written and spoken English
  • Excellent Command of all Microsoft applications specially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Understand General Accounting Fundamentals
  • Understand HR Fundamentals
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills and communication skills both verbal and written
  • Self Motivated and strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and accountability.
