Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and an experienced manager, who can represent Travco Properties’ values of professionalism, respect and reliability to deliver luxurious experience to world-class clientele in their different projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with Travco Properties’ customers and ensuring their satisfaction.  You will liaise between customers and internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of properties according to contracts and customer needs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-going customer support as the main point of contact from contract signing all through property handover and project delivery
  • Liaise between customers and internal teams to address any special requests or issues
  • Promote and adopt a positive culture based on the success, engagement, and overall satisfaction of our customers
  • Ensure on-time and efficient handling of client inquiries and requests
  • Maintain excellent knowledge on properties and projects details, milestones and delivery dates
  • Provide customers’ feedback and insights to support marketing and sales functions
  • Drive operational improvement to ensure first class relationships and the delivery of exceptional customer service levels at all times             
  • Keep updated and accurate records of all communication 

Job Requirements

  • A well-thought answer to the online pre-screening question, indicating which customer segments you expect to deal with in this role.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Customer Service and/or Account Management in a role that requires face-to-face interaction with professional clients
  • A customer-centric mindset, with an attitude geared towards customer service and satisfaction
  • Ability to listen actively, and attend to all details communicated by customers
  • Confidence, patience, tact and diplomacy, when dealing with difficult situations
  • Organizational and planning skills to develop and deliver customer services
  • Good personal presentation and face-to-face interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated maturity, professionalism, credibility and integrity
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Arabic
  • Good knowledge of the real estate and hospitality markets
  • Ability to travel domestically according to customer needs
