Supply Chain Manager

Job Description:

• Develop and implement efficient processes, reporting systems, and tools to capture and analyze supply chain data across all functions.
• Define and manage product assortments and auto-replenishment strategies aligned with store capacities, sales performance, and inventory turnover rates.
• Generate daily and weekly order proposals based on sell-through data, inventory levels, store capacity, new collections, and Key Commercial Plans (KCPs).
• Coordinate with the sales team to validate orders in line with company policies.
• Liaise with production planners, buyers, and suppliers to confirm and release orders, ensuring timely deliveries according to agreed schedules.
• Ensure proper product placement across the store network with a focus on the right product, at the right time, in the right location.
• Maintain optimum stock levels across stores, warehouses, and treasuries, supporting both operational and financial objectives.
• Regularly review inventory levels, report on stock aging and turnover, and recommend actions to enhance overall Return on Invested Capital (ROIC).
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery and receipt of orders.
• Analyze supply chain performance, identify bottlenecks, and propose corrective actions for continuous improvement.
• Plan and lead supply chain optimization initiatives, including warehouse-slotting strategies, route planning, and logistics improvements.
• Work closely with IT to support the implementation and enhancement of ERP, MRP, and other supply chain systems.
• Monitor, track, and report on key supply chain KPIs, providing regular updates on order status, sales, inventory levels, and operational performance.
• Conduct data mining, analysis, and prepare insights-driven reports and presentations for management.
