• Job Details:Assists in all levels of technical account planning & implementation services offering, License quotations to lead the development of formal sales proposal which differentiates product offerings at a technical & financial levels from the competition. - Supervising & coordinating all Microsoft implementation projects and Handling support contracts along with providing Customer Service Delivery activities as an escalation point to verify resolving support incidents that might raise to maintain customer engagements. - Deliver & define customer support operating processes related to systems monitoring, incident classification, incident priority, resource use, and troubleshooting and restoration activities. - Working as Technical account manager for handling customer support contracts to meet with Customer expectations to avoid breaching required SLA. - Technical Lead & coaches Technical resouces
