Supply chain managerFull Time

• Job Details:- 1. Manage local/global supplier sourcing, procurement, working closely with operation planning, supplier quality, delivery schedules, change management, inventory control, shipping, logistics and import/export processes, and maintain appropriate supplier list 2. Develop off shore supply chain sourcing network within the existing supplier/buyer’s area to support customized production requirements 3. Ensure supply chain capacity plans are in place to support demand requirements 4. Drive innovation, cost beneficial business process improvements, and material related cost reductions 5. Drive continuous improvement, define performance measures, implementing controls, taking corrective actions, and assessing effects at the area of responsibility 6. Manage and ensure compliance with import and export control requirements 7. Ensure real-time understanding of demand changes through regular communications with production and sales manager, and adjust purchase orders, supplier schedules, and pricing plans as appropriate 8. Lead supplier selection and qualification, maintain relationships, and monitor performance including quality, pricing, capacity, commodity allocation issues, and commodity specific supplier lead-time requirements towards reducing market risks. 9. Support Finance in development and maintenance of standard costs and cost variances with respect to area of responsibility 10. Partner closely with new product development teams to coordinate and drive time critical materials for production 11.
