• Job Details:- Manage stock control operations with warehouse staff, as well as the sales and finance departments. - Ensure review of daily warehouses transactions (Receipt – Issue – Return) by Stock accountant - Ensure deploy FIFO methodology while Receipt or Issue. - Review orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy. - Manage ordering supplies and maintain suitable inventory levels. - Manage records, report relevant information, and obtain any necessary documentation. - Ensure accuracy of Landed cost for all imported shipments before Receipt. - Manage the booking of all Received Stock to Finance Module monthly. - Reconcile Stock Module with Finance Module before monthly closing. - Review and compare fiscal stock reports vs stock Ledger and report discrepancy. - Close monitor for obsolete Stock and old stock and prepare the requested provision. - Reduce Stock provision by using old stock in different Jobs. - Analyzing supply chain data to ensure the uninterrupted availability of stock. - Forecasting supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock (OOS). - Help in evaluating vendors’ and suppliers’ offers and negotiating profitable purchase prices. - Help in placing and receiving orders to replenish stocks as needed. - Tracking shipments and coordinating internal stock transfers, as well as resolving delays. - Manage stock storage processes, including tagging, boxing, and labeling. - Manage a steady flow of stock from storage to where it is needed. - Managing regular inventory audits and keeping stock purchasing within budget. - Manage daily shipment records, as well as purchases and pricing reports.
