• Job Details:Carry out equipment day to day preventive maintenance audits & breakdown repairs and inspections. Strong understanding of preventive maintenance techniques. Strong knowledge about condition monitoring and root cause analysis of paper making equipment to determine the most critical and repetitive equipment failures. Continuous improvement of maintenance strategies and equipment criticality. Pre-checking the equipment for good working condition before handing over to the operation. Electrical troubleshooting and guiding co-workers on both electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to get effective results. Maintain parts inventory.

• Job Details:Supervise the maintenance technicians. Ensure that the service is done very well according to the service sheet. Maintain the facilities maintenance workshop tools. Perform and supervise maintenance related repairs. Maintain equipment and supplies to ensure safe operation of the facility. Inspect and troubleshoot equipment using ET. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained. Review daily works and provide reports. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained before it is delivered to the customer. Review all documentation to ensure proper data collection. Lead, train and supervise maintenance workers.
