• Job Details:- I was one of the re engineering team in conducting the job descriptions and organization charts in the organization to identify the authorities & responsibilities for everyone. - Participating in the Implementation of the Training And Recruitment Procedures - Assists in formulating training programs and schedules based on knowledge of identified training needs - Researches and recommends outside consultants and training providers to conduct training in specific topics. - Searches and complies evaluation forms at the completion of the training - Responsible for the recruitment process including the orientation tour - Making HR interviews for junior and senior candidates and Prepares job offers. - Participating in the benefits scheme such as summer trips, one day trips, sports day, and employee’s surveys.
