• Job Details:Oversee daily operations for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, elevators, civil, and fire systems ensuring compliance with international and local standards.  Direct multidisciplinary teams for preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.  Develop and manage departmental budgets (CAPEX/OPEX), including forecasting, expenditure tracking, and financial reporting.  Lead procurement planning, contract negotiation, vendor selection, and management of service contracts.  Execute comprehensive renovation projects involving guest rooms, ballrooms, kitchens, parking areas, structural upgrades, and fire safety enhancements.  Develop and implement standard operating procedures aligned with international standards, regulatory requirements, and corporate policies.  Initiate and manage sustainability and energy-efficiency programs to optimize facility operations and reduce environmental impact.  Coordinate closely with hotel operations teams to support seamless operational integration during engineering projects.

Technical Office ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:• Manage a team of technical engineers. • Tendering and preparing BOQ. • Price analysis. • Maintain cost control. • Lead progress meetings with clients and top management. • Review and prepare structural design and workshop drawings. • Review and prepare as-built drawings • Review quantities surveying for all construction components quantities. • Revise invoices for sub-contractors and clients. • Make project status reports. • Review and preparing time schedules. • Review staff and sub-contractor’s shop drawings and coordinate their approval process with project consultant. • Participate in solving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise during construction. • Responsible for preparing submittals, technical proposals. • Deliver technical presentations and introduce company’s services. • Ensure continuous research and studies on new and potential suppliers. • Review and approve technical submittals from consultants. • Defining products per project specifications and elaborating related compliance sheets. • Work on value engineering for specific projects. • Carry on sites visits on some cases, where support is needed.
