    • Job Details:• Perform daily payroll operations& workflow of transactions. • Compiling summaries of deductions, leave, and non-taxable wages and reporting on this. • Receive approval from upper management for payments when needed. • Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and superiors • Prepare reports for upper management, finance department etc. • Preform recruitment processes . • Prepare hiring forms, quantities, bonus and overtime works. • Monitors salary structures, balance staffing needs with cost controls. • Prepare annual increments calculations. • Responsible for the on boarding process of new comers starting from greeting them, receiving their hiring documents, updating the database, registering their fingerprint to the finger print machine end with signing social insurance forms. • Coordinate medical insurance issue with the medical insurance provider. • Organize the filing system and comparing hard copy files with the database in an ongoing manner. • Managing resignation procedures (updating database with leavers end date + preparing all resignation documents that need to signed by leavers + coordinating with IT on delivery employees IT equipment + receiving medical cards from leavers + handling them their hiring documents). • Receive all employees’ queries concerning vacations, missions, permissions and tardiness and prepare accordingly Employees Daily Movement Report. • Prepare and update all required reports, related to employee’s personal data, such as Medical Insurance Reports, Monthly Attendance Reports, Monthly Overtime Reports, General Employee’s information files, etc… • Developing with line managers HR planning strategies which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements. • Maintains manual and electronic documents, files and records (e.g. personnel records, employee lists, etc.) for providing accurate information in compliance with established guidelines.
