Job Description

1. Job Purpose
The Admission Manager is responsible for leading and managing the admissions process to ensure a seamless and customer-focused experience from the initial enquiry to enrolment. This role plays a key part in achieving enrolment targets, maintaining service excellence, and supporting the organization’s growth strategy by aligning admissions activities with the Leap Development Hub brand’s vision and standards.

 

2. Key Accountabilities

  • Plan, supervise, and manage all stages of the admissions process from initial enquiry to enrolment, including tour management, data recording/reporting, customer communication, and adherence to the admissions timeline.
  • Organize and conduct visits for prospective parents, ensuring exceptional customer care at every touchpoint.
  • Implement and uphold best-practice admissions procedures, continuously improving through training and development.
  • Maintain accurate, timely records using CRM or other admissions systems, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and other departments to develop and participate in initiatives that drive enrolment growth.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and enhance standardized admissions processes to ensure operational excellence.
  • Research and analyze market intelligence, including competitor activity, to inform admissions strategies.
  • Prepare high-quality admissions reports for the General Manager, including timely follow-up on action points.
  • Foster strong, positive relationships with parents and customers to encourage positive word-of-mouth referrals.

Job-Specific Skills:

  • Proficiency in CRM/admissions systems and MS Office applications.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing small teams.
  • High adaptability and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Warm, approachable personality with resilience under pressure.
  • Strong teamwork skills across multi-functional teams.

Generic Skills:

  • Strong command of English; additional languages an advantage.

 

Job Requirements

 Qualifications, Experience & Skills

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in education, business administration, or a related field.

Minimum Experience:

  • 5+ years in admissions, education management, or a customer-facing leadership role.
