I have recruited the team with the head of that program and i have directed the targets to be achieved.


I have constructed with the president, a very effective team for the new working year, so i recruit the committees heads with the president, and then i was the director of the following committees: HR, IT, AC and Reception.


I was the leader of 12 moderators, the academic committee was my responsibility.
I have achieved a " 4 " workshops produced from the academic committee this year, which was the first time to produce that number of workshops and training for participants.


I have Founded with my friends, PGT from nothing, and the real reason was our passion to help, and the problems we already saw in the students communities.
The real trouble i have faced in that position - as a president of the activity for it's first appear and work - is the commitment and spreading.
So, i learned about the social media and start with one of the team to manage an Account for the activity on many platforms, and the marketing deals with other Activities made that better.
The Commitment is handled by the real leading from my part, in every section of the Activity.
We have made a competition by the end of the year and we have gotten a winner upon all of the participants whom participated to our training sessions.


I have created with my teammate, A full soft skills workshop about the social intelligence and we called it "CSoul".
Me and my teammate "Jehad Osman" were the only instructors for that workshop, and our knowledge depended on many books and training, specially the "Seven Hobbits" for Steven Cove.
One of my most impressive moments in that workshop, when people come to thank me for the changes they had on my hands.
