• Job Details:Operation Manager- Galaxy Furniture stores Cairo, Egypt 01/12/2020 till present - Directing the daily operations of a retail chain in order to maximize profit and minimize costs. - Manage all the requirements of each department in the company and ensure all company policies and procedures are in the right way of implementation. - Ensure on a daily bases that each store have the items and models that should have in the display. - Follow up the daily schedule of client’s delivery and make sure that everything in the process are ok. - Follow up with the suppliers all the orders and make sure that the lead time is according to the dead line of contract. - Review the daily sales and prepare all the reports that related to this cycle. - Manage the customer service process and resolve the complaints. - Focus in sales target and implement action plans for achieving set objectives.
