MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To provide building and equipment maintenance services to ensure optical operations for allocated business units and provide guidance and supervision to the team
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
Supervise and lead the team
Coordinate the allocation and completion of job cards
Ensure relevant health and safety, infection control measure and related company standards are implemented and adhered to
Coordinate and monitor on site contractor visits and work quality
Provide general administrative duties to ensure effective operations of the department
Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal equipment functioning as per company standard
Required Education
A relevant Technical Diploma or Trade Certificate
Required Experience
At least 5 years' experience in leading a maintenance team
At least 7-10 years' electrical or HVAC technical experience
Required Job Skills And Knowledge
Verbal and written communication skills in English
Computer literacy (MS Office package)
Health and Safety regulations and standards
