• Job Details:Project: Plasma Collection Centers • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information. • Support the Project Manager in creating comprehensive action plans concerning resources, budgets, and timeframes for the project. • Assist the Project Manager in the project risk management process by contributing to the identification and prioritization of existing and potential issues and risks and developing strategies and controls to mitigate them. • Maintain project budgets, plans, and work schedules and ensure all deadlines for the project are met. • Monitor, analyze, and report on project schedules and budgets to the Project Manager, highlight any variance and provide suggestions for resolution. • Monitor and oversee the daily progress of the project and handle any issues that arise. • Supervise the project activities and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track. • Act as the point of contact and communicate project updates consistently to the Project Manager and other stakeholders.

Sr. Quality EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Project: Uptown Cairo • Responsible for onsite quality controlling supervision, surveillance, and inspection of the works to ensure that the quality of the works is routinely achieved. • Ensuring that the work is completed as per the contract specifications and drawings. • Liaison with consultants determining causes of non-conformances in the works and non-compliances with procedures.. • Reviewing subcontractor method statement MS and inspection and test plan ITP. • Issuing of internal NCRs for any defective work on site to construction team. • Issuing all the required weekly and daily notifications to the consultant and QA/QC engineers

Senior Site EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Project: Four Seasons Hotel and Golf Resort, Sharm El Sheikh • Inspect work in progress to ensure conformity with QA/QC specifications and requirements, Industry Codes, Standards and Procedures, client requirements and provides technical advices to resolve problems. • Ensure that all construction activities within the designated areas are well planned and coordinated and utilize all available resources in coordination with the Project Manager. • Responsible for the quality and workmanship of structural activities, thorough knowledge of all phases of engineering construction relating to Civil, Architectural and Structural discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary operations. • Develop method statement for the structural activities including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project. • Taking care of QA/QC documents of the structural activities including certificates, calibration, test results and material approval requests.
