• Job Details:- Supporting export sales team after rate agreement till vessel ETA, by sending all booking requests details including, requested equipments type and numbers, agreed rates, NBF, SCC, and any other fees up to POD, destinations, routs, and Trans. shipments ports. - Supporting sales team and clients by solving any problems related to withdrawing shipping orders, withdrawing empty CNTRS, VGMs, Final Shipping Declarations, gate in CNTR before cutoffs, and handing S/O to port office. - Support sales team by requesting and negotiating free days @ PODs as agreed with clients from trade managers for each destination. - Making pre-shipping approvals for DG coordinating with DG Dep. and get pre-shipping allocation approvals. - Execute export collect shipments and check with issuer party every details in agreement related to that collect shipments. - Contacting the clients to update new services and studying client’s requests to different ports. - Support customers/ freight forwards with weekly basis, vessel status. - Preparing vessel plan/ Forecasting by weekly basis by contacting customers/ freight forwarders. - Following loading lists on weekly vessels. - Preparing commercial plan for new opened services. - Negotiate issues with headquarter and PODs related to export shipment from Egyptian ports. - Support client by solving any issues regarding to shipments. - Daily & weekly reports for actual loading and forecasting. - Follow up with sales outdoor team about daily reports and bookings. - Check equipments at ports of loading to check availability of equipment. - Follow vessels schedule with ETA & ETD and inform customers when any circumstances happen such as vessel early or late arrival, and vessel omitation and suggesting suitable alternatives. - Update customers with updates related to shipments issues. - Support sales team with needed assistance in applying automation agreements and bookings by ERP - SAP Business Client.
