• Job Details:Responsibilities: • Participates in making strategic decisions for projects aligned with the organization’s strategic vision and acting as the focal point of all projects between board members and team members. • Provide a Consolidated View of All Projects for shareholders and decision-makers who need to know the ins and outs of all projects. • Provide accurate and reliable information to allow stockholders to make the best possible decisions when circumstances dramatically change • Assist with and problem-solve specific issues, such as planning or allocating resources. • Closer alignment with the C-level, particularly regarding organizational goals, in turn, helps to direct and prioritize projects. • Creating tangible goals, aligned with the overall organization's vision, and ensuring all targets are met. • Communicate clear information around budgets, forecasts, actuals, and margins across the whole portfolio of projects. • Facilitate communication and collaboration throughout the project team and stakeholders, ensuring everyone's on the right page. • Lead project team members to Plan direct and coordinate all project activities to ensure that the goals or objectives of the project are accomplished Within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters. • Mentor and train project engineers to make sure they acquire the right skills and invest in team members. • Design and follow up on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This includes KPIs on the overall health and progress of individual projects, as well as overall project performance. • Insure that project members use the same tools, templates, and processes for the right function and teach the team how to use them. • Help project engineers to choose the right methodology for their projects, • And understand the agreed plans and avoid scope creep or gold plating. • Responsible for managing project engineers from the initiation, planning, design, and construction phase, then through the testing and commissioning phase until the closing phase. • Managing all project structures, assigning project engineers budget review, schedules, and project cash flow. • Plan and Schedule Resource Efficiently and determine resource capacity needs, quality, and accountability, based on project priority and keeping the team on the same page. • Establishes work plans, workflow, and staffing for each phase of the project and acquires resources. • Following up status of all running projects Setting strong relationships and connections with clients to fulfill all stockholders’ requirements and applying guidance and standards all over the project’s lifetime. • Managing site activities and resources for all running projects. • Review the Project status reports and Project changes requests according to project management standards. • following closure reports and comparing the 'before and after' of costs, timescale, and scope. • collate 'lessons learned' and integrate them into the project processes to improve future projects.

• Job Details:Responsibilities: • Oversee and document all aspects of the project and the work performed by outside contractors and performs inspections to ensure compliance with Hospital and various Commission requirements. • Review detailed specifications and plans of work including estimated cost (labor, material, and equipment) and schedule. • Evaluate bid proposals to stay within budgetary guidelines. • Assess the environment for safety hazards including infection control issues, which would cause harm to patients, visitors or staff. • Manages oversees, and coordinates all facets of the pre-construction, bid and award, and construction of the project • Reviews pre-construction documents and submit comments to the Designer as necessary • Plans to organize and prepare reports to upper management concerning the status and/or progress of the project • Manages both the project budget and schedule to meet the standards; monitors the project budget monthly and ensures that the budget accurately reflects the project status/progress • Manages daily activities of the contractor, reviews contractors’ construction schedules and submittals, and coordinates responses to the contractors’ inquiries through the Requests for Clarifications (RFC) and other related documents • Receives, reviews, and negotiates Contractor Change Order Proposal(s) to achieve a fair & reasonable price following the General Conditions; reviews and addresses all Schedule impacts following the project specifications on time • Reviews the process and monitor payments for the contractor, architects, engineers, and any other pertinent parties • Assist the Owner in the RFP and contractor selection process. • Manage healthcare projects as an Owner’s Representative. Management of the approved scope, budget, and schedule is of utmost importance. • Communicate daily with the consultant and project team. • Lead the Design Team consisting of the Architect, Engineers, Equipment Planner, and other consultants on behalf of the Owner. • Provide day-to-day project oversight and communication with the consultants and project team. • Lead the Construction Team on behalf of the Owner. • Develop, track, update, forecast, and modify the project schedule and budget throughout all phases of the project. • Review and track all contracts, invoices, and payments to all contractors, consultants, and equipment vendors. • Prepare monthly reports to Executive Leadership. • Understand and assist in the negotiation of contracts for all parties to the project. • Assist and help manage/coordinate move and occupancy activities. • Review and approve all invoices and change orders associated with the project. • Evaluate, advise on and assist in resolving disputes and claims.

• Job Details:Responsibility: • Planning and leading the construction team in developing implementation plans for various projects, costs, quantities, specifications, and schedules. • Follow up and supervise the implementation of the various plans, deal with emergency operations during execution, review reports, and define the responsibilities and tasks of construction teams. • Reviewing structural design and cooperating with other departments to select equipment and different building materials. • Holding meetings and concluding contracts with contractors and suppliers and cost negotiation. • Developing the different skills of the construction team. • Making decisions and solving problems -- Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve. • Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work -- Developing specific goals and plans • Scheduling Work and Activities -- Scheduling events, programs, and activities, as well as the tasks of team members. • Determine work requirements and manage dispatch team members to construction sites. • Monitor compliance with building and safety codes and other regulations. • Prepare and submit budget estimates progress reports and cost-tracking reports. • Develop and implement quality control programs. Following up on Construction Projects: After finishing the planning phase of each project and studying the related budget, cash flow, schedule, and Design package. I lead and follow up with the construction team to execute all the construction projects. - A sustainable resort of 50 rooms and the main building in Marsa Alam (turn key) using natural material of Coral stone. - A turn-key solar station of 17 Mega Watts including the Operating building (3 floors) in Wadi El natron. - A turn-key solar station of 6 Mega Watts including the Operating building (1 floor) in El-Minya. - Many other fast-tracking solar stations with capacities ranging from 2 to 3 Mega Watts in Cairo, El-Wahat, and Marsa Alam. - Renovation and repair of an administrative building in Safaga consisting of four floors.
