• Job Details:Position Summary Responsible for leading the production planning team to effectively create and maintain an efficient production schedule that meets customer requirements while minimizing cycle times and effectively utilizing inventory. Duties & Responsibilities - Oversee and mentor the Planning Group to ensure a high level of proficiency and development. - Create Master Production Schedule while maintaining targeted inventory levels. - Maintain a valid capacity requirement plan that supports the Master Production Schedule. - Identify and manage bottlenecks and capacity issues with the production management team. - Establish and monitor ERP system parameters, including safety stock levels for finished goods and raw material inventories. - Lead weekly/monthly Master Production Schedule meetings. - Liaise with Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, Installations and Client Services to achieve on time delivery at optimum cost with optimum inventory levels. - Create weekly/monthly reports and KPIs. - Maintain a high standard of professional knowledge, ethics and practices when dealing with customers, suppliers, peers, subordinates, supervisors and other key stakeholders of the company.

Planning Section HeadFull Time

• Job Details:Duties & Responsibilities - Preparing Monthly Plan for Production [Master Production Schedule (MPS)]. - Monitoring MRP with stock controller to insure materials availability on time. - Analysing the KPIs Monthly Reports. - Responsible for all Export and Local Orders from receiving in the factory till being ready to be shipped to the customer. - Responsible for preparing production schedule and work order by analysing M/Cs free capacity and B.O.M. - Reviewing of work orders and assigning delivery dates according to machines free capacity and materials’ Stock. - Prepares defined work packages, including detailed instructions, drawings, bills of material, references, etc., to initiate and control production work. - Determining the status of assigned projects, expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions. - Monitoring customer rejections and taking necessary steps to reduce the rejection level. - Monitoring daily and weekly production status. - Customer Situation and Finished Products Follow up.
