• Job Details:- Managing and handling the Agile Digital Transformation of Modus Clients Products (i.e. Mobile Applications, Websites, etc.) - Maintain the scrum team’s backlogs, boards, charts, and reports. - Helping the team continuously make progress on the project by making sure each person is working on the right tasks. - Coaching the team members on Agile Standards and framework; ensuring that the best practices are applied across different work streams. -facilitating the Agile ceremonies and events like Sprint & Release planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile-related meetings. - working closely with PMs/POs to maintain release plan to ensure that teams have what they need in terms of environment, equipment, training, support, etc. -Resolve conflicts and remove impediments that hinder any aspect of the development team’s efforts

• Job Details:• Manage projects throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline. • Lead the feasibility assessment, budget estimation, planning and delivery of the marketing projects. • Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation. • Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables. • Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements. • Act as the focal point in consumer business unit for interfacing with technology for the technical enablers. Engage with suppliers, Orange group to explore newly introduced technologies, products/services. • Brief and guide marketing segments on the available / new technical features that would facilitate products/services development and deliver outstanding customer experience. • Prepare regular status reports for the managed enablers and ensure that updates are cascaded to the marketing segments/management. • Develop best practices and tools for solutions design and validation

Supervisor, Broadband ArchitectureFull Time

• Job Details:• Responsible for DPI in terms of feasibility, capacity planning and dimensioning, release, upgrade, architecture evolution etc. • Work with the supplier on developing and Designing the changes needed by the commercial projects in the most efficient way to minimize its impact on the system and Capacity. • Ensure all project work packages are successfully delivered / implemented according to the plan. • Manage the resources (supplier, stockholder, time and cost) during the development and deployments also to meet the requirements within the TR?s time and cost. • Define and analyze the stakeholder’s needs, and issue the consolidated requirements document. • Prepare, maintain project schedules and monitor progress of the overall consolidated project plan to achieve on-time deliverable
