• Job Details:Acting as a lead designer for different types of projects. - Manage multiple projects within the design department from design research, concept creation to final delivery, and ensuring projects are delivered on time. - Responsible of the multi-disciplinary coordination of the overall Project deliverables of a fully coordinated project package. - Manage a team of junior interior designers/ architects, assign them, and monitor the completion of all tasks. - Resource Planning, resourcing monitoring and reporting, ensures team capacity and capability. - Handle clients, contractors, agencies, as well as different consultants. Providing these services: - Drawing submittal list. - Shop drawings. - 3D Renders. - Mood boards. - Value engineering. - BOQs.
