Program Manager/Process Engineers ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Software Program Manager/Process Engineers Manager  Manage, track and control Complex and large OEMs portfolios for different ADAS solutions in Front Camera, Surround view Camera, Radar, Automated parking, and Laser Scanner (ScaLa).  Highly involvement since Project’s RFQ, kick-off until SOP with big customer portfolio.  Develop the project plans including scope, cost, schedule, quality and staffing plans with the cross functional leads within the initial approval budget  Track and Audit projects against project management pre-defined KPIs and ASPICE guidelines.  Lead Task force in heated projects until reaching healthy state.  Deep understanding for product development life cycle (V-cycle) starting customer requirement elicitation to black box and system testing.  Solid knowledge in Scrum and Iterative development.  Hands on experience for Configuration management tools (DOORS, SVN and CoreALM).  Manage the process engineers team to support Software project managers to understand and apply ASPICE practices and support them achieving CPL2 in Cairo, Germany, and India.  Responsible for Process engineers Recruitment and training in house and offshore.  Act with process engineers on non-conformance quality findings and A-SPICE audit gaps with a solid action plan.  Member of several Project management committees aiming to standardize project management practices across organization.

Senior Software Project ManagerFull Time

• Job Details: Manage several projects with different scopes at the same time. And ensure projects achieve their targets within agreed timing and budget Involvement in RFQ phase and day-to-day communication with OEMs.  Work closely with system, mechanical, and HW teams and collaborate in the master plan to achieve customers’ milestones.  Manage customer and internal change requests and their impact analysis  Define scope, budget, release and sprint planning.  Maintain Risks and Issues with all stakeholders.  Project status weekly and monthly reporting against pre-defined KPIs.  Main customer interface for change requests and problem resolution with action plans.  Reach ASPICE CPL2 for MAN3, SUPs, and SWEs process areas.  Responsible for defining Configuration management plan, Requirement management plan and overall Software development life cycle.  Managing V-cycle starting requirements analysis (SWE1) to Requirements Validation (SWE6)  Strictly monitor and control the project KPIs variances versus the project baselines.  Work closely with the Technical Delivery Manager, Program Manager, and Business Experts to ensure visibility and resolution of technical and business challenges

Quality Lead / Scrum MasterFull Time
