Job Description
- The Financial Controller is managing daily financial operations, reporting, compliance, and team supervision.
- Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
- Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
- Research technical accounting issues for compliance
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Prior experience in hospitality or resort finance is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems (Opera, Sun, FMC).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel accounting, with solid system knowledge and leadership skills.
