Job Description

As an Operations Agent, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our business. From managing logistics for VIP clients to providing exceptional customer service, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our organisation. Job Specifications:

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for incoming and outgoing.
  • Receive and process customer enquiries accurately and efficiently.
  • Follow up with suppliers and agents to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing services to ensure accuracy.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business admininistration, or related field
  • Proven experience as an operations agent or relevant role
  • Demonstrable experience in negotiating prices and terms and conditions
  • Knowledge of market research, data analysis and purchasing best practices
  • Working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong mindset with attention to detail 
  • Outstanding organisational skills
