Accounting Supervisor

Accounts Receivable:

• Review the customer’s accounts “who have vehicles”, from the account statements to ensure that the full amount due is paid, and verify the accuracy of the customer’s data on the system.
• Review the vehicles documents prior to submitting them to the Administrative Department.
• Responsible for issuing the sales invoices for “customers”.
• Prepare the client’s file to approve the delivery of vehicles.
• Review checks and customer collections from the bank statement.
• Follow up on the collection of post-dated checks on their due date.
• Follow up on customers' bank deposits and review their account statements.
• Review and calculate sales commission for sales staff.
• Oversee daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations
• Monitor the daily performance of the accounting team in branches
• Organize financial data into useable information and maintain updated records
• Establish accounting policies and procedures, aligned with company’s target, and ensure compliance with the law

General accounts:

• Participate in preparing the company’s balance sheet monthly/quarterly/annually.
• Follow up with accountants in branches regarding handling cash, or any related tasks

Taxes:

• Prepare and submitting the final VAT declaration for car sales to the department head.

Banks:

• Reviewing the company’s credit accounts.
• Reviewing bank accounts, matching them with the system, and preparing a settlement memorandum if needed.

Reports:

• Monthly sales report
• Report on clients’ outstanding amounts
• Financial statements report - monthly
