Job Description
- Deliver engaging and interactive English lessons to students in accordance with the academy’s curriculum and standards.
- Assess students’ language proficiency and tailor instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and motivating classroom environment that encourages student participation and confidence.
- Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and activities that promote language acquisition and communication skills.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress through assignments, assessments, and feedback sessions.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to help students overcome language barriers and achieve their learning objectives.
- Incorporate technology and multimedia resources to enhance the learning experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to curriculum development.
- Participate in professional development sessions and stay updated on the latest teaching methodologies.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Cambridge CELTA
- High proficiency in English (CEFR C2 level)
- Minimum 1 year post-CELTA experience
- Teaching Adults General English (300+ hours)
