Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming visitors and maintaining a database for them.
  • Filling out the registration form for clients.
  • Direct clients to the responsible salesperson.
  • Answering hotline calls 24/7.
  • Moderate social media inquiries through different platforms for potential clients instantly.
  • Coordinating leads and potential clients between the marketing team and the sales team.
  • Deliver leads instantly to the line manager.
  • Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly leads & required reports.
  • Maintaining customer database.
  • Maintaining properties database.
  • Assist in all administrative daily work.
  • Prepare needed documents.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Years of experience: 0 to 2 years.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Experience in social media’s different platforms.
  • Responds well under pressure with a strict time limit.
  • Real estate experience is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask
  • Zayed or October residents are preferred.
