Job Description
- Develop and update job descriptions through job analysis to help clarify the most important job duties required of the employee
- Formulate Key Performance Indicators based on the objectives in order to measure employees’ performance in an accurate manner
- Implement, analyze, report, and set action plans of Employee Satisfaction Survey results in cooperation with talent Acquisition team
- Develop company policies and procedures and handbook to have an internal control system
- Create organizational charts and headcount reports on a monthly basis
- Prepare Oversee the implementation of PA process and provides the technical support needed for managers & supervisors
- Create and develop a career path for employees.
- Create and develop competency models of the hospital
- Develop and Implement promotion polices annually
- Develop work load analysis for department in cooperation with talent
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in any relevant field
- experience as supervisor or relevant role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and English
- Diploma/Certificate in HR relevant field
