Job Description
- Prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads.
- Finding new clients, creating a strong referral pipeline and building powerful relationships with them.
- Studying our Client’ sites, collect information about the available properties, and prices with different installments systems.
- Responsible for posting advertisements on our different channels and following up leads.
- Supporting clients during showing, negotiations to close deals.
Job Requirements
- 2 years experience in Real-Estate (Brokerage)
- Own a car
- Target oriented
- Team player
- Good command in English
- Very good market awareness
- Very attractive package (Basic Salary, Commission, allowances and incentive scheme)
- Location: Maadi
- Working Days: 5 Days
- Working Hours: from 10:00 am to 06:00 pm
