⚫ ITSM practical experience.
• ITIL v3 Expert Certified is Mandatory
⚫ ISO 20k Implementer/auditor
• ITILv4 Managing professional/Strategic Leader
• COBIT 2019 Design and Implementation Certified.
• PMP certified.
• Experience in achieving IT operational excellence.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conceptualize complex and abstract ideas.
• Excellent problem analysis skillset
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• BSc Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
⚫ MBA certification.
• Knowledge and experience requirements should be met the proposal candidates.
• Education and certification requirements should be met by the candidates
• Potential candidate profiles should be included in the proposal
• Proposal candidates should meet the role and responsibility requirement described in SOW
Experience in Enhancing overall user experience and customer journey.
⚫Develop and optimize IT Standard Operating procedures SOPs.
•Assess, develop, and optimize IT operating model.
•Execute and Align IT alignment goals to realize the Digital transformation strategy
• Analyze operating data and statistics to identify opportunities, develop action plans, and implement process improvements
• Recommend innovative business and technical solutions to improve operational effectiveness and increase customer satisfaction.
•Develop and implement process solutions to improve operational efficiency
• Analyze and identify recommendations for enhancements based on ITIL
• Identify IT processes challenges by analyzing process data and metrics
• Facilitate the IT teams to critically review current processes for effectiveness, quality, and simplification
•Liaise with process owners to select improvement opportunities.
• Mentor IT team to identify the root cause and define solutions
• Develop process workflow and design in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Monitor and measure the benefits of post-process implementation to ensure product quality, efficiency, and improvement.
• Identify risks and issues in business processes and systems
• Assist in promoting the implementation of best practices
•Ensure effective and efficient service measurement and reporting. •Provide the ongoing knowledge transfer session to the stakeholders.
• Identify and advise for any tool enhancements and integrations.
