Job Description
- Drive sales growth by identifying and capturing new business opportunities.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics assigned by the Sales Director.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
- Manage the sales pipeline and track sales activities.
- Execute all the client’s visits with the team with full MOM reported to the Sales Director.

- Proven sales or business development experience in distribution field.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure solutions, technologies, and industry trends.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
- Leadership abilities to motivate and develop a sales team.
- Customer-centric mindset with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- CRM (SAP) Experience is preferred.
