Job Description
- Responsible for the achievement of sales target of DX/VRV product within the assigned territory in Egypt
- Develop strong relationships with the customers (contractors and sub-contractors) and uphold the image and reputation of Daikin as the supplier of choice in order to generate new business and sales inquiries
- Follow up on submittals for approvals from customers
- Pursue and negotiate the contractual/commercial terms and close direct orders from contractors and developers
- Follow up with existing projects and coordinate with Logistics and Service teams to provide after sales support to existing customers
- Input, monitor and update CRM data on regular basis and prepare sales reports for the management
- Review sales inquiries and guide application engineering team in making quotations and submittals
- Familiarize with the HVAC industry trends and competition in local market
- Verify the payment/credit term & condition and follow up the payment
- Bring critical customer requirements back into the development, production, and marketing processes
- Monitor market and gather market intelligence such as competitor prices, specs and new product launches
Job Requirements
- Minimum 7 - 9 years of experience in HVAC sector
- Extensive technical knowledge in DX/VRV/VRF systems
- Strong ability to negotiate contractual/commercial terms
- Strong understanding and work exposure in project sales
- Work experience with strong network of business contacts (contractors and sub-contractors in Egypt
- Experience of working in international and multicultural environment is preferable
- Egypt driving license
