Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the swimming pool industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of the swimming pool industry and related products is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
