Job Description
Senior Product Support Engineer
- Follow up the consultants' offices to follow up the specifications of the products that are related to the projects and the permanent update of the projects.
- Follow-up of the products leaving customs after the final release and distributing them to the branches according to the plan.
- Provide the technical support to clients and salesmen.
- Ensure that customers have a positive experience when interacting with the company.
- Provide consultancy to the clients in mega projects in accordance with the project contractor and ensure a high end of Customer Satisfaction.
- Responsible for getting technical specifications approvals through communicating with the project’s contactor and consultant.
- Monitor the market and cover its need of power products continuously.
- Follow up the POs with branch vendors to provide their needs.
- Follow up the sales movement with the sellers in the branches and supervise the development of products and the addition of new products.
- Give product technical Support to the sales representative in selling the product.
- Prepare presentations and document for technical trainings to the sales team.
- Provide Technical Support to ensure our products are listed in the vendor list.
- Communicate with Consultants and our product to ensure existence in the vendor list.
- Manage Complex Customer Issues, coordinating appropriate technical personnel, defining work plan, deadlines and driving customer communications until customer has confirmed issue resolution
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor in Electrical Engineering or relevant degree.
- Diploma/Certificate in first line management or relevant field.
- Experience not less than 5 years in the same field.
- Excellent in English Language
