We are looking to hire an exceptional head of Design for our current and future residential projects, the applicant will be responsible for all design processes starting from concept development, enhancement, coordination, and implementation phase, and any additional modification. 
The main responsibilities will be as follows: 
• Establish design parameters based on the Development Brief. 
• Co-create and develop a Design Brief and overall design concepts. 
• Formulate and deliver design presentation strategies. 
• Prepare requests for proposals for projects and evaluate proposals from External Consultants. 
• Complete design management for projects, analyze fast-track tasks, and follow up on work progress to meet the company objectives. 
• Monitoring work progress in Technical and Operational aspects. 
• Follow up on Governmental approvals and permits for the projects.
Prepare Progress Reports and work Briefs for Top Management. 
• Maintain work compatibility between the assigned design Time Schedule and the project Master Schedule. 
• Evaluate External Consultants Financial claims concerning the requested Scope of Services. 
• Monitoring work progress of the Teamwork and the outsider consultancies (Master Planning –Infrastructures - Slope Stability - Environmental Impact Assessment – Geophysical Study - Hydrology Studies - Geotechnical works). • Ensure clarity and quality of design concept is maintained through detailed implementation 
• Follow up on stakeholders’ interests related to design, and solve conflicts • Prepare Project evaluations and assessment of results
