Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, following up on overdue payments, and ensuring that collections are made in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers to collect overdue payments and resolve outstanding balances.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities.
- Resolve disputes and payment issues professionally.
Job Requirements
1/ Previous experience in collections, preferably in the construction or ready- mix field.
2/ Strong communication and negotiation skills.
3/ Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
4/ Knowledge of financial systems and accounts receivable processes.
