Job Description

  • Manage all accounting transactions on Odoo.
  • Issue financial reports in time.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual closings and enter them on Odoo.
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
  • Reconcile different accounts and general lager.
  • Assist in timely bank payments and recording on Odoo.
  • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
  • Assist balance sheets and profit/loss statements on Odoo.
  • Audit and enter financial transactions and documents on Odoo.
  • Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
  • Comply with financial policies and regulations.
  • Reconcile payments to ensure the ERP system (Odoo) reflects the correct transactions.

Job Requirements

  • BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree.
  • Previous experience in farms is a plus.
  • Work experience from 1 to 5 years.
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software Odoo System.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables.
  • Experience with general ledger functions.
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
  • Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus.
