-Ensure smooth and trouble-free operation of the equipment.
-Monitor process continuity, troubleshooting & corrective actions wherever required.
-Data entry into the ERP system.
-Ensure safety and industrial hygiene in maintenance.
-Initiate proper startup/shutdown activities for planned and unplanned startup/shutdown.
-Assist utility operation and troubleshooting.
-Record and monitor consumables stock.
-Write the shift report.
-Maintenance coordination for planned and preventive maintenance.
-Organize the shift attendance & Leaves.
-Ensure & follow the performance of the inspection report.
-Supervise the implementation of repair work on machines/equipment/production lines that have an impact on occupational safety and health and the environment.
