Job Description
The Administrative Assistant position plays a pivotal role in supporting and coordinating the Faculty/Department's activities, including but not limited to:
- Provide administrative support to the Dean of the Faculty by conducting research, preparing letters, handling information requests, guiding visitors, arranging conference calls, organizing department meetings and scheduling meetings.
- Coordinating the day-to-day management of supplies, equipment, and facilities of the faculty.
- Filing and retrieving documents, records, and reports.
- Sorting, distributing, and replying to incoming correspondences; including emails, letters and memos.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree.
- Fluent English language.
- Excellent Computer skills (Proficient user of MS Office and Internet).
- Good Administration skills.
- Excellent Presentation & Communication skills.
- Energetic Personality.
- Previous experience in Higher Education Institution is a plus.
