Job Description

  • Follow up with clearance Agency
  • Follow up the customs Payment
  • Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments
  • Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels
  • Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
  • Making special shipping arrangements as necessary
  • Tracking and fixing shipping errors
  • Preparing bills and invoices
  • Managing distribution and shipment budgets
  • Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standard
  • Planning and monitoring inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Negotiating and securing transportation rates.
  • Coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and transport companies.
  • Ensuring warehouse, transportation, and customer services work in unity and meet their commitments.
  • Tracking and fixing shipping errors.
  • Preparing and maintaining detailed logistics documentation and reporting.
  • Complying with all company, local, state, and federal transportation regulations 
  • Coordinate the dispatch and delivery of goods with personal drivers or through third-party carriers.
  • Analyze logistical problems and develop new solutions.
  • Interface daily with customer service teams to work on order management and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure safety standards are met in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines.
  • Optimize routing and dispatch systems to minimize transport costs and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain communications with warehouse staff to avoid delays and misunderstandings.
  • Evaluate existing logistical procedures and refine them for greater efficiency.

 

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as billing coordinator or similar position
  • Understanding of relevant laws and best practices
  • Proficient in MS office and data entry; working knowledge of ERP software is a plus
  • Comfortable with mathematics and financial data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Confidentiality and trustworthiness
  • Excellent ability to organize and coordinate tasks
  • BSc/BA in accounting or relevant field
  • Willing to Relocate to Angola
