Egypt University of Informatics (EUI), at the New Administrative Capital (NAC) is looking for qualified candidates to fill Social Media Specialist vacancy, to start immediately.
Position Description:

Job Requirements:
- Create and implement social media strategies to promote audience engagement and brand visibility.
- Create captivating social media material that is aligned with our brand voice and target audience.
- Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (original text, images, video, or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to act.
- Manage and monitor all social media platforms.
- Regularly update social media accounts with relevant and engaging content, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and visual identity.
- Create media plans, generate ads, and deliver analytics reports on a regular basis for all social network activity.
- Support the growth and nurturing of EUI’s social media audiences, while increasing engagement rates and valuable actions
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and identify opportunities to leverage emerging platforms and technologies.
- Implement social media advertising campaigns, including budget management, targeting, and performance tracking.
- Conduct research and gather insights on industry trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to inform social media strategies.
- Conduct surveys on students’ response and behavior to improve strategies further.
- Utilize Instagram Stories and Reels (or similar features on other platforms) to create real-time, behind-the-scenes glimpses of events.
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Monitor social media conversations, respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Team player
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
