Job Description
• Create detailed construction item drawings.
• Prepare requests for information (RFIs) to address any technical issues during construction.
• Review subcontractors' shop drawings.
• Develop as-built drawings at project completion for project consultant submission.
• Coordinate structural and architectural drawings across different disciplines (MEP drawings).
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in architectural engineering.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Architecture Shop drawings.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Understanding of shop drawings and document coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
