Job Description

  • Manage all the factory activities and operations in all its phases starting from material and production planning till the stage of painting, storing and delivery of the final product.
  • Formulate, monitor and control factory's budget, ensuring the efficient and effective utilization of resources, plus the minimization of cost and the availability of needed resource as and when required.
  • Reviewing drawings for control of planned output, budget spending, material efficiency, and engineering effectiveness.
  • Check the factory machinery performance and study the new up-to-date machines, if required, for developing the production progress, quality and cutting cost.
  • Effectively and efficiently manage the production of the required daily/weekly/monthly targets in line with customer specifications, meeting quality and delivery expectations, minimizing costs where possible and ensure the required best working practices are maintained at all times.
  • Responsible for plant production, meeting customer requirements and maintaining the orderly and productive operation of planned activities.
  • Ensure the target productivity level is achieved on a daily basis.
  •  Update the production plan on a daily basis.

Job Requirements

  • BS degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering. (MBA in Production Management would be an added value).
  • 15- 20 years of experience in the steel structure field. And must have experience with PEB.
  • Fluent in Arabic & English speaking, reading and writing.
  • Familiar with the machine productivity
  • Lean Manufacturing
  • Holds a PMP certificate.
